Our olives are 100% organically grown and only contain natural fertilizers, flavorings, algae and solfer. No fertilizers, nitrates or ammonia! An olive tree absorbs everything you give it and you can taste the difference.

Our olives carry the European organic seal, are picked by hand and machine-pressed within 24 hours. We only bottle oil from the first pressing and without any further treatment. First pressing or cold pressing means that the olive oil was not warmer than 28 ° C when the press cake was dissolved. If the temperature is higher, this is at the expense of quality.
