750 ml pure organic olive oil from Bolsena Italy.

Our olives are cultivated 100% organically and receive only natural fertilizer, aromatics, algae and solfer. No fertilizer, nitrates or ammonia! An olive tree absorbs everything you give them and you can taste the difference. 

Our olives carry the European organic label, are picked by hand and are mechanically pressed within 24 hours. We only bottle oil of the first pressing and without further treatment. First pressing or cold pressing means that the olive oil has not been warmer than 28°C when the press cake was released. If the temperature is higher, this is at the expense of the quality.
