20457 Hafencity Gin

Gin can not be more exclusive! The new 20457 Gin is brand new on the market.

The 20457 Hafencity Gin is manufactured in a small manufactory in the north of Germany with a copper 200 liter fuel bladder from Arnold Holstein. Before the distillation, the botanicals are macerated for several days to extract the essential oils. We leave a lot of time for the natural flavors to unfold and stay intact. The gin is distilled slowly, gently and in small quantities four times. The bottles are then bottled, corked, labeled and numbered by hand. Thus, every bottle is unique.

The 20457 Hafencity Gin meets the strict criteria of a true London Dry Gin.

: A special gin that suits a special place: Hamburg's Hafencity. That was the idea that eventually became Hafencity Gin. His taste was to combine tradition and modernity, Speicherstadt and Hafencity, the fruit market with its exotic fruits and the harbor as home and place of longing.

René Wolf, resident of the Hafencity, art director and connoisseur, developed the finely balanced character of the Hafencity gins in a year and a half. More than 65 different recipes from more than 150 distillates made by himself led to the perfect composition. Antonio Fabrizi, operator of the Club 20457 in the Hafencity was thrilled. Together, Fabrizi and Wolf founded Spirit of Hafencity and were able to open the first bottle of HafenCity Gin in autumn 2017.
