Please, get an accurate measurement of your contour and consider where you'll be wearing it: the waist or the hip.

Our belts have the margin to fit you perfectly. They have five holes separated by 2,5 centimeters (1 inch) and we apply your contour size to the central hole. So there is a margin of two holes for having a more tight belt. And two holes for having a less tight belt.
