Light, carefree guitar, with a sunny disposition and spring-like aromas.

"With us, the wine makes the music and vice versa. Because from the harvest to the bottling, music is my constant companion. And you can taste that too! Sometimes rocky and stubborn, sometimes gentle and melodic - parallels that you can hear and taste. This is how our wines get their names - after songs that are close to my heart and reflect the character of the wines. And because music is known to influence the taste, I go one step further. I choose the titles according to sounds that the taste of the wines make it optimally tangible. "

Christian Bernhardt

A wine that, despite its playful lightness, does not have to lose its structure - almost like a carefree guitar game. Spring-like strawberry and delicate currant aromas create a slight sweetness, fresh and lively, but without a sharp acidity. This rosé or blanc de noir is well chilled, the ideal companion for the first rays of sunshine in spring, mild summer evenings and any moments of happiness that need to be celebrated.

Why isn't it clearly a rosé or a blanc de noir? Well, the only wine in our range that cannot and is not really clearly assigned. The only difference between the two is the design. And there we are already at the reason for it. A Blanc de Noir is made from red grapes, just like a rosé. The Blanc de Noir is pressed and the color-giving peel is removed immediately. In the case of rosé, the skins lie longer and give off more color and tannins. With this wine it is a bit of both. And therefore something very special.

Information about the winery:
The third generation of viticulture is practiced here - originally a mixed farm, now a pure winery. The wines live from the experiences of the past paired with the creativity and modernity of the young, new generation. Christian's philosophy is based entirely on gentle viticulture and a sense of family.

The new generation is: Christian Bernhardt with his girlfriend Julia, supported and accompanied by his dear mother Ilse Bernhardt. They are a strong team and together pursue the ambitious goal of producing high-quality wines that taste and surprise.

The Palatinate is a top wine region. There are quite a few stars here who rocks the winemaking scene. The Bernhardts are just warming themselves up with a new collection with which they want to take the family winery to new heights and shores. The dry gravel and sandy soils, the wonderful locations and the mild climate of the region are their stable basis - especially for red wine production.

And they rely on manual labor - from grape production to viticulture and bottling. Hand-picking is part of their program, sometimes in several stages. Drive is provided by the pure lust for wine and their claim to let each vintage mature into something special.
