33g single pack

The Black Hennes' Finest Kampot pepper is distinguished by its earthy, resinous and warm aroma, which is strongly influenced by the scents of herbs such as eucalyptus, thyme and mint. Shortly after the grinding, he reveals fresh, lemony-like notes. In Kampot, the pepper grains are harvested in a very early season. On the shrub they have a greenish-yellowish hue. When drying in the sun of Cambodia, a fermentation process begins, which makes the grains black. Subsequently, the pepper fruits are cleaned and read out in a complex process by hand. During this process, a person per day of 10 kg black pepper sorts an average of 20%. This ensures that immature grains, grains without a core or with pest infestation do not end up in the selection and only the really perfect grains come on sale.

The Black Kampot pepper fits very well to fried, grilled and grilled. It is particularly suitable for the refinement of red meat, as well as dark soups and sauces. The Italians have always known how well fresh black pepper harmonizes with their typical cuisine. It fits perfectly with pasta, pizza and tomatoes. With a nutty-soapy and fruity fragrant Parmesan, sweet balsamicoessig and fruity-herb olive oil harmonizes almost divinely.

Hennes Finest Pfeffer-Boutique
From the remote plantations of Cambodia Hennes’ Finest brings you the possibly most exclusive pepper in the world. The legendary Kampot Pepper is planted, cultivated, harvested and sorted out by hand. Not a single machine is used in the production line of the Campot Pepper and its’ cultivation is strictly organic. Its special taste is due to Cambodia’s mineral loamy soil, tropical sun and a lot of love that goes into the production of every single corn. Even in Germany where the last steps of the production take place everything is made manually. This is how we create this product of extraordinary quality.
