- Store Information
Established in 1910, Guilbert’s is a family run business, making delicious handmade chocolates - rigidly adhering to the same techniques that would have been taking place at the rear of the original shop.
Situated right in the heart of Bristol’s old city, we currently occupy one of the oldest buildings still in commercial use. The building was originally the Lord Mayor’s home and Small Street is where the world’s first chocolate bar was created by Joseph Fry.
