The wine is named after the substrate on which the vines grow; a mixture of slate and diabase with plenty of fine soil. With yields of 40-50 hl / ha, and the usual us spontaneous fermentation with subsequent 6 fine yeast storage, we work out the specificity of this unique terroir. Juicy pineapple, peach and kräutrige flavors are characteristic for this location. Dry expanded without this roll in Dampflockähnlich with lush alcohol values, combines this Riesling power, finesse, and play of aromas.
