4 cl Gin de Cologne Rosé
16 cl Fever Tree Mediterrian Tonic
1 handful of raspberries
2-3 ice cubes

Our recipe for "Gin de Cologne Poptail" - popsicles with a shot

Only 4 ingredients for 4 poptails:

• 200 g raspberries
• 4 tbsp Gin de Cologne Rosé (please not more than specified, otherwise the ice will not freeze)
• 4 heaped tablespoons cane sugar

Also: 4 ice cream molds and 4 wooden handles

1. Stir the cane sugar into 50 ml of water and wait 5 minutes for the sugar to dissolve.
2. Mix the sugar water with the other ingredients and puree in the blender. If you like, you can remove the raspberry seeds with a sieve.
3. Pour the raspberry and gin mixture into the ice cream molds
4. After 12 hours (better 24 hours) in the freezer you can enjoy your homemade cocktail ice cream!
