Our wine shop in Wuppertal is particularly happy about this fine-bitter rosé wine from Rheinhessen. The two young winemakers - Klara Mittrücker and her husband Simon Müller-Oswald - have made it to the top. Whirl around and experiment in their basement and do things that are worth seeing and drinking. As if they had asked their customers non-stop how the real rosé should look and taste for them. But they didn't want anything else than a soft rosé cuvée with a berry scent. And if you taste it, you will immediately understand why this rosé had to have this exact color. Exciting!
