Our cold-pressed organic argan oil is one of the world's most expensive edible oils. The production of the oil is very complex and happens only by hand. Cold-pressed argan oil consists of about 20% saturated fatty acids, about 45% monounsaturated fatty acids and about 35% polyunsaturated fatty acids.
