We concentrate on the magical blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Auxerrois. This creamy, delicate wine literally demands to be enjoyed with asparagus with a good bearnaise sauce. The Burgundy grape varieties unite in this cuvée to what all white wine drinkers - with the exception of Riesling fans - are looking for in their wine: Present but very subtle acidity, incredibly complex fruit and a nice round "package" full of white wine in the mouth.
And when the asparagus season comes to an end, and you have definitely not had enough of this wine, try it with trout, a nice German chicken fricassee or many, many other delicious things. And if I now also say that this wine tastes really delicious, you will understand me. Like everyone else, we can tell that a scent of green banana builds up in the glass. We can find apple, banana and apricot in the taste. But: do you really want to hear that?
