Organic wine - the best we could find from the Sauvignon grape. This Sauvignon Blanc is not as fruity as the wines from the southern hemisphere. Here it is the attractive climate for the vine in connection with the extremely calcareous soil that has made it the spearhead among all of the Sauvignons we have ever tried. It only wants to taste really good in the spring after the harvest. Then this Sauvignon undressed. It exudes an enchanting aroma package in which we can find all kinds of things: ripe lemons, black currants, grapefruit, boxwood leaves. Get yourself a few bottles of this wonderful Loire wine when the asparagus season starts. It was worth it for Guy Mardon to return to his fathers' winery in the 5th generation. Because with his "L'Elegante" he is harvesting the fruits of his grandfather, who planted these vines over 60 years ago. Please note that the 2017 comes with a new label. On the inside, we tidied up a lot and show you in a relaxed loft atmosphere that wine should not be celebrated here. Rather, we want you to discuss our wines with other wine fans and discover new things in a laid-back atmosphere.
