Kilim wool pillow - Sheepy sheep

Kilim wool pillow for indoor and outdoor use. Hand woven and knotted in Albania, on a traditional loom, with wool from a local endemic breed of sheep called "Ruda". This collection of products, including the cushion is based on the town of Gjirokastër in Albania, the so called "city of stone", a UNESCO world heritage site.   

The back side of the cushion is velvet textile with zipper. Filler case included. Filler not included.

Ariee products are all made by following a centuries old tradition of textile weaving in Albania. Local men and women who have inherited the skills from their ancestor are engaged in the production of our products. We do not treat the wool chemically and we use only EU approved dyes. 

This product can be custom made. You can order this product in the size and color of your choice. Please keep in mind that as with all handmade products, color may slightly vary from product to product.

Dimensions: 45 x 45 cm 
Composition: Weft - 100% wool; Warp: 80% cotton, 20% polyester. Back side of the cushion: 50% cotton; 50% polyester

Care: Vacuum regularly. Remove spills immediately. Washable at 30°, do not put in the tumble dryer.
