The Exclusive | 90% Arabica | BIO
This medium-bodied, full-bodied espresso with the fine praline note is created exclusively by coffee sommelier Michael Gliss using Arabica and Robusta beans.
The beans for this plantation coffee grow in the Mexican highlands of the Chiapas area in southern Mexico, directly adjacent to Guatemala. There they are hand-picked and sorted by smallholder cooperatives.
Perfect for espresso, cappuccino, milk coffee and latte macchiato. A long cup of black coffee has a strong aroma.
The hand-picked coffee beans are naturally low in caffeine, acid and tannin. The reduction of the acidity and the full aroma are achieved through traditional long-term roasting. It keeps the beans in constant motion for up to 15 minutes at a moderate temperature of around 200 - 240 ° C.
