The beans for this plantation coffee grow in the Mexican highlands of the Chiapas region in southern Mexico, directly adjacent to Guatemala. They are read out there by small farmers' communities by hand perceived relationships and guidelines.
This espresso has a medium roast and consists of 90% arabica beans.
The aroma of this espresso is mediocre, full-bodied with a different praliné note, perfect for espresso, cappuccino, milk coffee and latte macchiato. A long cup of coffee gets a very strong aroma.
