The coffee is an Arabica variety from Kenya called AA. This is one of the highest quality levels in Kenya, so the most allergenic bean quality is guaranteed. On the southern slope of the Mount Kenya massif there are plantations at altitudes of 1,500 to 2,000 meters, which are exposed to ideal growing conditions.

The reduction in acidity and rich aroma is achieved through long-term roasting. This roasting process takes up to 15 minutes at a moderate temperature of approx. 200-220 ° C. The beans are in constant motion.
After opening the packaging, the best way to taste the coffee is to keep it in the aroma bag at room temperature and away from light. Seal the packaging airtight with a clip or place it in a coffee pot with a hinged lid and rubber ring. Please consume within two weeks of opening.

We import green coffee beans from the whole word and offer only our own roasts from one of the oldest organic roasting companies in Germany.
