Denn eigentlich braucht der Gewürtraminer keine Süße. Seine „Kernkompetenz“ ist das Aroma, was er sowieso in sich trägt und das heißt: Rosengarten. Ein gutes Glas Gewürztraminer an die Nase zu halten ist wie in einer Liebeslaube eines Rosengartens zu stehen. Probiert es aus. On the inside, we tidied up a lot and show you in a relaxed loft atmosphere that wine should not be celebrated here.
