KATILU - Original Murano hand blown glass gravy boat. This unique piece of craftmanship puts together the millenary tradition of glassblowing and the modern design which characterises all JoGa Glass objects. It is made of Murano glass using the traditional Venetian Roll-Up Technique, meaning that the coloured canes are first rolled, then pulled to create the pattern. The composition is then blown and crafted in the furnace.
This gravy boat will give a quirky touch and colourful twist to your dining table. It will also make a very special gift as it comes in a trendy semi transparent PVC box.

COLOURS: this gravy boat comes in different colour combitations.

SIZE (approx.):
diameter rim: 6-7 cm
height: 8,5 cm
weight: 160 gr

This gravy boat can be bought individually or as part of a set. The set can be made of items with the same combination of colours or different, according to personal taste.
It can be safely washed in the dishwasher.
This gravy boat is handcrafted using the traditional glass blowing tools and each single piece is signed, thus making it unique.

Store Information
JoGa Glass

JoGa Glass is a space thought to create and exhibit glass blown objects, using the traditional Murano’s techniques revisited to reproduce Josean Garcia’s personal taste and his love for colours and design.

The Roll-Up Technique is a traditional technique which was first used in the 1500s and it is the same used to make the famous Murrine. In the furnace everything starts from simple rods of coloured glass, which Josean chooses, puts together and creates always indulging his instinct as an artist, combining perfectly well tradition with innovation.
