Koi carp are considered a lucky charm in Japan and the Koi collection invites you to invite or give away the good fortune to your home.
Each Koi is created in loving handwork and is therefore unique, which always looks a little bit different.
Technique: The historic photo process 'cyanotopia' was developed in 1841 by Sir John Herschel. The technique was used by scientists in the 19th century to reproduce plants, for example, photography was just invented. The few surviving original cyanotopias from this period shine unchanged in bright blue. Cyanotopia is a process that produces unique blue and white images under UV light that are reminiscent of screen prints.
This Koi comes in a white frame and has a total size of 25x25 cm. He can be hanged or placed as an object.
