The quality of a coffee begins with the purchase of the green, as yet unroasted beans. Only personally selected goods according to our strict quality criteria are bought and roasted, which is why our roasting masters have high demands on the small beans: Coffee cherries should be harvested by hand; this is very time-consuming, but prevents unripe or already rotten cherries from impairing the quality.
