Before we dive into the world of chocolate production with our confectioner, Mrs. Brüggen, we invite you to a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Then we start. We do not work with finished hollow balls, but pour our chocolate in professional forms, which are prepared beforehand with colored cocoa butter. Each praline is a small piece of art. Get a glimpse of ganaches (chocolates, whipped cream and other ingredients) and home-made Piedmont hazelnut nougat. The nougat is filled in hemispherical chocolate (handmade, of course). Because so much creative work makes us hungry and thirsty, and the chocolates always need to dry (crystallize) at various stages of production, in the meantime we fortify ourselves with one or the other drop of delicious wine and small treats that we have prepared. This course is suitable for both beginners and advanced learners who want to learn what really counts in the production of high quality chocolates. Please bring an apron. Take your stylishly packed little artwork and recipes home with you at the end of the evening.
