If you use soap in solid form when showering or bathing, a soap bag is helpful. How annoying it is when the wet soap slips out of your hand while showering. The soap bags that I know are mostly made from sisal and in the Far East. So I thought I could make some myself. The soap bags are crocheted from cotton yarn with a cord, so you can hang the soap in the bag to dry after showering. Soap residue can also be stored and used in it.
However, they can also serve as small laundry bags, for example for make-up removal pads.
