SweMa vegetable stock has a shelf life of 9 months. Even after opening and storing in the refrigerator, the best-before date still applies. After the expiry date, the shelf life remains. The reason for this is the untreated rock salt , which prevents microbial spoilage. Only the green color gradually fades.
