The table lamp "Beech X", the small recycling label "Bruchglas" was developed in Weimar and is here, in a community workshop, made entirely by hand.
It consists largely of waste glass and renewable raw materials. The lampshade is a mineral water bottle whose surface has been matted using corundum blasting and ensures a pleasantly soft refraction of light. The lamp base made of oiled, local beech wood abstracts its origin as a tree into simple orthogonal geometries, whose rounded edges have a flattering feel.
As a sustainable and regional design object, the "Diabolo II" aims to make a contribution to the conscious handling of the environment. By using the special material and the production by hand, you can be sure to receive a unique unique.
All "Bruchglas" luminaires are supplied with energy-saving LED bulbs and are ready for immediate use.

BRUCHGLAS manufactures lamps made of waste glass, wood and metal in small quantities. Each product is handmade by the designer himself. The use of recycled material makes each piece unique.
Production takes place in the "Studio Waegetechnik" workshop community in Weimar. Who would like can always gladly come by and look at the products and their production. There is no better quality control. The personal contact to the customer is very important to us and we respond to special wishes and unusual project ideas.
In line with the sustainable concept idea, only a small number of products are always produced and adapted to demand. If something is not available at the moment, we will gladly reproduce it for you on request.
