Es gab Jahre oder sogar Jahrzehnte, da gehörte es quasi zum guten Ton, seinen Freunden einmal im Herbst den neuen Beaujolais vorzustellen. Irgendwann aber ist es dann um diesen Wein sehr still geworden aber nun scheint er wie Phönix aus der Asche wieder auferstehen zu wollen. Wir haben uns für gleich zwei Varianten eines Beaujolais stark ins Zeug gelegt. Zum einen ist es ein Beaujolais Villages - biodynamisch erzeugt - der die ganze herrliche Frische dieses Weintyps in sich trägt. Kein Wein, der uns in den letzten Jahren ins Glas gekommen ist, verdient die Auszeichnung leicht, frisch, appetitlich mehr als eben dieser Beaujolais. Dann kommt er auch noch aus dem Keller von einem Winzerpaar, die ihre Weine biodynamisch ausbauen. Was das geschmacklich ausmacht, muss und sollte man wirklich probiert haben, um eventuelle Vorurteile schnell über Bord werfen zu können. Die Art der Weinbereitung, die hinter dem Beaujolais Primeur steckte, war etwas völlig Neues. Der Wein sollte nicht stark und gerbstoffreich sein, aber stattdessen ein Plaisir, ein Schmuckstück für das kleine Abendessen und die Feier mit Freunden.
