Of real MoKha is one of the world's finest coffees, named after the name of the port in Yemen, from which it was shipped in the past centuries. Real MoCCA beans are slightly smaller and rectangular than most coffee beans. Traditionally, the best Mocha comes from organic farming in Yemen and Ethiopia. Real Yemeni MoCCA has an intensive smell cinnamon, oak, spice and blueberries. He developed good abundance and plenty of fruity acid with vinous, berries, aromas and notes of fragrant jasmine.
